THE PROBLEM

Your AI knows what to do.
So why are you still doing this?

Call the restaurant.Move tomorrow’s reservation to 20:30.
Call Porsche.Ask if the car is ready.
The internet is down.Call the provider and find out why.
The courier is at the gate.Handle it.
Someone called while I’m driving.Find out what they wanted.

Your agent understands every one of these requests. The missing part was a way to actually do them.

That part is RealityNest.

A man at his desk surrounded by calls he still has to make himself
ONE COMPLETE TASK

“Find out if my car is ready.”

You ask in English. RealityNest calls in Spanish. The answer comes back in English — and your agent writes it to your calendar. Twelve minutes, none of them yours.

HOW IT HAPPENS
01You tell your agent. It understands the task. 02RealityNest checks policy — allowed, or it asks you first. 03It dials from its own number: IVR → conversation → confirmation. 04The result returns to your agent — which adds it to your calendar and tells you.

RealityNest completes the real-world conversation and returns the result. The calendar entry is your agent’s job — and it does it.
A NORMAL DAY

Imagine this happening all day — without interrupting you.

Each line is a call you didn’t make or take. The value isn’t six actions. It’s the attention you kept.

AUTONOMY WITH LIMITS

Autonomous doesn’t mean unrestricted.

Every agent gets its own key, permissions and limits. Every outbound action passes through policy before it reaches the outside world — and you decide where the ceiling is.

PROFILES & POLICY

It knows who
it’s talking to.

One question — “Is anyone home?” — five different answers. RealityNest identifies who is calling before deciding what it may know, say or do.

Profiles map to the node’s three trust levels — talk · home · control — plus the contact book you fill in yourself. Unknown numbers always land in Stranger.

INCOMING CALLS

It doesn’t only call.
It can answer for you.

You’re driving. Someone calls. RealityNest answers — in the caller’s language — and afterwards you get one line in Telegram: “The installer will arrive between 14:00 and 16:00.” That is all you needed to know.

SECRETARY MODE

Forward your own number to the node and your number has an AI concierge behind it.

Your number can have an AI concierge behind it.

CELLULAR RESILIENCE

The internet went down.
Your phone line didn’t.

Calls·SMS·Critical home events

The SIM is inside the box. When your home internet fails, the node stays reachable over the cellular network — and the house can still tell you that something is wrong.

Without internet the node loses its AI voice — the real-time voice model runs in the cloud. Calls and SMS still travel over cellular; home events still arrive over the local network (smoke, leak, gas, power, lock, battery, internet down) and reach you by SMS. The watchdog switches to the cellular backup and back, and heals the modem if it hangs.
